decent stay, some letdowns though
tattered towels small pool
The pool area wasn't super clean. I noticed the beach towels were a bit tattered. lounge cushions weren't waterproof. They stayed wet forever after rain, a real bummer. breakfast could have been better, not much choice and i found hair in the food, pretty off-putting. plus, the pool looked much smaller than in the photos. evenings were a bit awkward. The staff seemed eager to clear the sunbeds.

clean villa comfortable beds clean pool helpful staff
the beautiful villa was looked super fresh and had comfortable beds! the room contained everything we needed and was a short walk to the best beach i've ever seen. the pool area was clean and well maintained and always had available sun beds. staff members were helpful, laying our towels out and bringing drinks to the pool.
the walk to shops is easy, though it is along a busy road.

The beautiful room was spacious. It included a king bed, a seating area, and a balcony! the bathroom had a separate shower and bathtub. air conditioning worked efficiently, maintaining a consistent temperature.

Staff members were polite, friendly, and cute. They always aimed to please. the hotel offers a free shuttle bus to town a few times a day. kiet offered helpful local knowledge about day trips and places to visit.

the location was perfect because it is right by the beach, convenient for local bars, and local restaurants! it is a short walk to the town centre, if you are looking for nightlife. it is away from the hustle and bustle but only a short distance away.

Really good Service and Location

Our room, a Beautiful Building, was beautifully maintained. The staff consistently offered prompt and kind service throughout the stay. The location provided steps down to the beachwith bath temperature sea, I particularly enjoyed the accessibility and the fine views from the pool area.
The wifi signal was noticeably weak, especially away from the lobby. This was somewhat frustrating.

The hotel's location is very convenient, with steps directly down to the beach and bath temperature sea. It is in a quieter area, but still an easy walk into the busier part of town (Chaweng), and this provides a balance of relaxation and accessibility.

The breakfast included fresh coffee and an amazing egg station. Everything tasted fresh. The hotel also offers a building bar and restaurant, which gives the option to eat while watching a beautiful view of the sea. I found the whole experience quite pleasurable.

The built-in pool area is clean and well kept, plus, there were always free sun beds available. I also appreciated the option to rent a bike directly from the hotel.
